Recently there has been news that the director of the upcoming movie Jism 2 has said that she will be auctioning the wardrobe of the actors of the movie including Sunny, Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh. It is also being said that the undies of the actress will also be auctioned.

When the actress was stopped by the media to confirm about the same, all they could see is that the actress was dumbstruck as she wasn’t aware of any of it. Sunny was burning in flames when she got to hear about this news.

Sunny said, “It sucks I didn’t know (about the auction). I don’t really know anything about it. I’m not personally selling any worn clothes from Jism 2. If the Jism 2 company is selling them for charity then it’s an amazing thing. Hopefully all the money is going to a good charity.”

Remember, few days back we wrote about small screen heavyweights, Ram Kapoor (Bade Achhe Lagte Hain) and Ravi Kissen (Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa), being signed for an upcoming YRF movie. Now, the latest we have learned is that the same production house has also roped in child actor Anushka Sen for their upcoming project.

According to the inside sources, in the untitled movie, Anushka will play the female lead’s cousin sister. She will balance shooting schedules between the daily series and the flick.

When got in touch with Anushka her father Anirban Sen replied with the confirmation of the news and said “Yes, my daughter Anushka is also doing an YRF untitled movie and it’s a great honour for her to work with such great personalities and production house,”

Garnering amazing response from the masses the show on Channel V’ Gumraah-The End of Innocence has set to mesmerize its viewers again with its next episode. The Lost Boy and Balaji Production show was initially aired only on Channel V but later it bagged a prime time slot on Star Plus as well.

Now the makers have tightened their seat belt and not leaving a single stone unturned to make the upcoming episode a superbly gripping one.

With the high pitched action and entertainment, we have heard that cast and crew of Gangs of Wasseypur will be feature in the upcoming episode as part of the promotional campaign. And folks…director of the show, Anurag Kashyap, will anchor the show along with Karan Kundra. Other actors from the movie who will be seen are Manoj Bajpai and Richa Chaddha.

But this is not it; the Dhamakedar sequence will also feature TV actors to make it more interesting. Names like Sadiya Siddique, who last seen in Balika Vadhu and Gaurav Bajaj fame of move Vroom, will see spreading their magic.

Now, talking about the plot it will basically deal with a true story which took place in Wassypur (Bihar) wherein an act of revenge will lead to a horrific murder and beheading by a 14 year old girl.

“It’s a very shocking true story which is based on an awful murder that took place in Wasseypur- Bihar. I am glad to be a part of this particular episode as such big personalities are going to share screen space with me,” confirmed Sadiya. This particular episode will air this Saturday (16 June 2012).

However, latest dope on the show is Dadisa’s (Surekha Sikri) worries will come to an end with Ashima (Reema) making an exit from Jaitsar. But before leaving, she will make Shiv realize his love for Anandi.

This exciting thing will unfold in the coming episodes when viewers see Ashima packing her bags and moving out of Jaitsar house. Actually, Ashima has always been in love with Shiv and the latter never reciprocated identical feelings.

I will not be a part of Bade Achhe.. post leap. I am a little skeptical about playing a grandmother on the show. The role that I was playing so far was almost my age and it got good publicity. I have lost 10 kilos and I don't want to come under the grandmother category," she told a source.

Post the leap, Ram (Ram Kapoor)-Priya's (Sakshi Tanwar) daughter will be introduced. Playing step-mom to the 40 year-old was cool but Eva is hesitant about grandmom's role.

Talking of her Survivor experience, she goes on to say, “Realities like that could get you into controversy. You might not be shown as the person you are, and this might upset your family and fans. When I got a call for Survivor, I was dying to be a part of it. Now I can say that I have tasted reality, and a show like this will not excite me anymore. I am basically waiting for a fiction show, and want to be famous again.”

On the reality shows that she would want to do, Priyanka avers, “I will not mind doing a dance reality show. But as I told you, the priority will be for a fiction show and a role that will take the nation by storm (smiles).”

Channel V’s youth based show Humse Hai Life is doing pretty well on small-screen and the story commencing with the dreams of Sia aka Abigail Jain who wants to become the national champion in boxing. However, now talking about other characters we recently reported about Varun Kapoor, who had swap Himanshu Kohali’s role and is now doing as a lead protagonist. The channel and production house together have brought in the seasoned actor Amit Sareen, to put back Ankur Nayyar.

STORY

Towards the end of colonial India, Shahid Khan loots the British trains, impersonating the legendary Sultana Daku. Now outcast, Shahid becomes a worker at Ramadhir Singh’s colliery, only to spur a revenge battle that passes on to generations. At the turn of the decade, Shahid’s son, the philandering Sardar Khan vows to get his father’s honor back, becoming the most feared man of Wasseypur. Staying true to its real life influences, the film explores this revenge saga through the socio-political dynamic in erstwhile Bihar (North India), in the coal and scrap trade mafia of Wasseypur, through the imprudence of a place obsessed with mainstream ‘Bollywood’ cinema.
Wasseypur becomes the town that was once consumed by the raging war between Sardar Khan and Ramadhir Singh. It has spawned a new generation of money squandering lobbyists, turning into foolhardy gangs overnight. With illegal profiteering through scrap trade auctions over the Internet, corrupt government officials, election rigging and hooliganism, the town got murkier. Everyone wanted alliance with the most powerful man of Wasseypur, Faizal Khan. His sole ambition however, is to annihilate Ramadhir Singh, the man with the grand scheme. ^[7]

Filming

During filming in Varanasi in December 2010, film's chief assistant director Sohil Shah was killed on shoot while performing one of the stunt scene which was an accident.^[8] The film finished production in late March 2011, with Anurag Kashyap moving on to direct his next film immediately.^[9] Critical Reception
The film has been appreciated at its world premiere at the Cannes Directors Fortnight. The Hollywood Reporter in its review of the movie described it as "A dizzying explosion of an Indian gangster film, whose epic structure and colorful, immoral killers capture the imagination for over five hours."^[10]

Makers of Rashmi Sharma Telefilms Limited roped in Preeti Kaur whom they found appropriate for the role of Riya in Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein. On being picked, Preeti spoke her mind, “I was not at all keen to take up the show initially, even I had a word with Rashmi maam but then I gave a second thought and finally decided to give a nod,”

Preeti would be beginning her work from 14th June and her shots would be telecasted shortly. She has also done other serials like Ram Milaye Jodi, Ye Pyar Na Hoga Kam, Sabki Laadli Bebo. And this is not it; Preeti has acted in many Punjabi flicks and has anchored several shows.

And, talking on about the same to the stars of show, the lead protagonist Soumya Seth, has very throbbing words to share “I still can’t believe it’s going off air and it’s quite disheartening. I thought that it will run for more years as the response continued to be good. I personally felt that Navya will remain on television for another three to four years. Fans loved our show even after going for a timeslot change. I am really disappointed as the soap has helped me to grow as an actor,”

An emotional Soumya further shared that she will miss each and every member of Navya. “Shaheer aka Anant has been a wonderful co-actor. Initially, we never spoke with each other but as time trickled by we became good friends. He is such a sweet person that he makes sure that everyone is comfortable around him. I am very thankful to each and everyone as they have been my support throughout the journey. They have seen me grow.”

However, this change in face as Gopi Bahu will defiantly affect its TRP and audience will take a lot time to assimilate this new face. When talking with the other character’s of the show, they agreed with the fact and Ahem aka Mohammad Nazim says “Popularity will affect as audience is used to watching the same face for the past two years. The same would have occurred had I or any other important actor like Rupal Patel, who plays Kokila been replaced.”

Commenting on Devoleena Bhattacharjee, he said, “I have just shot three-four days with her. She seems to be a sweet person and a good actress. But it will take her a little while to properly get into the shoes of Gopi. It should not be too difficult for her as she has already worked on the small screen before.”

When pointed the fact that the ratings of the show have dipped of late, he stated, “Partly we can blame the IPL and partly also there was nothing major going content wise as well. Things do ebb and flow. And all said and done, the fact that we have achieved so much success at the 7 pm slot is remarkable in itself. We never thought we could have gone that high.”

Nowadays viewers are witnessing in DJ’s A Creative Unit’s show Parvarrish- Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi on Sony Entertainment Television, the sequence wherein Rocky (Tapasavi Mehta) and Ravee (Anchal Munjal) are taking their exams.

We all very well know that exams are critical part of every child’s life and sometimes in order to get good marks, students resort to fair as well as unfair means.

What we get to know is that, in the show, one of Rocky’s friends will happen to be weak in studies and will be unable to focus on lessons due to family problems. Rocky will decide to help him out. He will get to know that there are some people who have leaked the question papers and distributing it amongst the students.

And what can be expect from Mahaan Rockyji, to help his friend Rocky will also get a copy of a question paper, but on time mummyji Sweety (Shweta Tiwary) will learn about it and get annoyed. Then Rocky will explain that he is not at fault and is not involved in the paper leak scandal. After learning about it Sweety will then tell Rocky to inform about the leak to the principal and eradicate corruption from the system.

In the last one month we have many a times discussed about the apparent leap taking place in Balaji Telefilms’ show Bade Acche Lagte Hain. There have been many updates regarding the leap track and still it is not confirmed how the story will be taken forward post-leap.

This is definitely tome for celebrations for the team of IMRC Entertainment and 4 Lion Films’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon (Star Plus). We all know that the superhit show has recently completed its one year and that in itself is a big reason to celebrate.

Crew of IPKKND celebrated the completion of one year with a cake cutting ceremony on the sets. Earlier the entire unit had decided to throw a big bash but that could be possible as the tight schedule of shoot did not allow them to do that.

Hence they decided to make some special arrangement on the sets and decorated the entrance of the studio as if a wedding or reception party shoot was going on. Arrangement for cakes and food was also made.

On the day, only Sanaya Irani (Khushi) and Barun Sobti (Arnav) were to shoot but the entire cast came to the set to celebrate the moment. Abhaas Mehta, Daljeet Kaur Bhanot, Dipali Pansare, Akshay Dogra, Jayshree T, Utkarsha Naik, Abha Parmar came over especially for the cake cutting.

Later at night, after pack-up the younger lot met at Barun Sobti’s place and partied till the wee hours of the morning. Here’s wishing the entire team all the very best

Colors’ longest running show Uttaran is receiving popularity again and after taking a post leap of 20 years it has building its plot stronger then the earlier. But yet there are some similarities happening as Ichcha aka Tina Dutta love was also triangular and now her daughter Meethi facing the same love crashes.

As shown in last episodes love waves have started blossoming between Mukta (Sreejita De) and Aman (Gaurav S Bajaj), after they confessed their love for each other and are planning to settle down soon.

But twist and turns will follow the newly love birds when in the coming episodes, Aman will inform Meethi that he has met with the love of his life, which is Mukta. Meethi, who is also in love with Aman, will be left shattered after the revelation but she will endure pain in silence. Later on, Yuvraj (Saurab Raj Jain) will also develop feelings for Mukta, which will cause disappointment to Aman deeply.

Furthermore, for practical reasons Mukta will accede to Yuvraj’s proposal and they both will enter into a relationship. On the other hand, Meethi and Aman will come closer with the passing time.

No one can deny that we have thoroughly enjoyed Mouni Roy’s stint as goddess Sati in Devon Ke Dev….Mahadev on Life OK.

However now her stint in the show is over but she has successfully left an imprint on the character she played and one would always remember for the innocent portrayal of Sati. But did you know that before taking up the show she was reluctant about it.

“I never wanted to do a mythological show. When the production house (Triangle Film Company) called me for this role my answer was a straight ‘no’. However, they asked me to visit them where they explained me the character and showed me the story board. And the way things were explained it looked like a grand project and it was indeed a very grand one. So to sum up, after Mahadev, now I have different thoughts altogether on doing mytho shows,” she shares.

Talking about her Mahadev experience she further said, “It was a universal love story and a difficult concept to deal with. The creative team has done an amazing job. In fact, we worked meticulously on my costume which included from having a flower on my hair to the entire draping.”

In the earlier week, we saw a sting operation wherein Krishna (Mitali Nag) and Mithilesh (Shashank Sethi) joined hands to expose the prevalent follies and scandals in the society.

And now we hear that this brave duo will continue with their attempt to make this world a better place to live as they are geared up for a next sting operation.

Jayshree Soni has been in news lately when it was firstly heard about her leg injury news that curtailed her shooting hours and now the news doing rounds is of her replacement by none other than Rucha Gujrathi, who has recently been in the news for her troubled marriage.

Buzz also states that the production house has been actively auditioning people for the character of Niyati and Rucha Gujrathi has been approached for the role.

When sources contacted Jayshree who was shooting for the show but when asked about the replacement she informed that she is not aware of the replacement news.

On the other hand when contacted with Rucha, who has affirmed the hot news and said "Yes, I have been approached but nothing has been confirmed. If it materializes it will be a fresh start”

Colors’ saas bahu melodrama Kairi is geared up to bring a new character in the show. Abhinav Kohli, who was last seen in Imagine’s Sarvagun Sampan and is said to be a in a relationship with Shweta Tiwary will now be entering as Imarti Devi’s aka Hema Singh eldest son, Prakash.

As seen in the show that Prakash had been staying in Dubai all this while but he will come down to India on the occasion of his mother’s birthday. This will come as a big surprise for Imarti Devi.

However, in upcoming plot, Ambi aka Preeti Chaudhary will try to teach Imarti Devi a lesson by confiscating her locker keys and making vegetables out of cashew nuts which Imarti had preserved for her. In return, Imarti will try putting chill powder in Ambi’s eyes but instead she will end up being all “red eyed”.

The drama will further continue with Ambi inviting Prakash on Imarti’s birthday. She will plan to surprise Imarti with Prakash’s entry in the house but all she intends is to teach Imarti a lesson. Viewers have got to witness some interesting developments this week in Channel V’s Suvreen Guggal – Topper of the Year with Suvreen (Smriti Kalra) getting nominated for the General Secretary’s role in the college elections.

It is learnt that while she competes against Yuvraj (Shivin Narang) who stands for the President’s role from the opposite party, the coming episodes will see a gang war break up between Gyanesh’s (Parth Zutshi Sarin) team and Yuvraj’s.

Later on as the result of these fights, the Principal will soon chalk out some strict rules that will be enforced on one and all in the college. All the students will be forced to adhere to the strict code of conduct set.

And when Suvreen does not follow one of the rules, she is given a weird punishment by the authorities, and that is to write the whole rulebook so that she does not forget the rules that are to be followed. She tries to rebel, but does not succeed. Finally she takes a major decision, and that is to only write the rule book and not attend any classes or study.

Earlier it was reported that Nishant Malkani, who was almost finalized to play the lead role, is no longer a part of the show.

Now it is learnt that a new face from Kolkata has been finalized to play the male lead. The story will revolve around this guy (much younger in age) and the manner in which he falls for a girl who is older than him.

The inside news is that popular faces Aamna Shariff (Kahiin Toh Hoga fame) and Prabhleen Sandhu (who was seen in Zee TV’s Aap Ki Antara) are the main contenders to playing the female lead’s role. The channel is expected to take a call between them soon.

When contacted, Prabhleen Sandhu told the sources, “Yes it is true that I have been offered the lead role in Balaji Telefilms’ show. But nothing is finalized as of now, and there is nothing to speak about.” On the other side, Aamna chose not to respond. When contacted, Sukesh Motwani, Head of Fiction, Zee TV said, “I do not want to comment.”
